Announcement PDF 5 February 2026 ASX RELEASE Appointment of Selena Verth as Plenti CFO Plenti’s Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Selena Verth as Chief Financial Officer, effective 1st July 2026. Selena is a highly experienced CFO with over 25 years of global finance leadership across FinTech, payments, wealth management and diversified financial services. Most recently, Selena was CFO of ASX-listed OFX Group, leading the finance function for the global payments platform with approximately $200m in revenue and 700 FTE across nine countries. Prior to that, Selena spent two years at BT Financial Group (Westpac), and 15 years at GE across multiple roles and geographies spanning internal audit, business development, financial planning, mergers & acquisitions and risk management, with a heavy focus on leading and lending at GE Capital. Selena has a B. Comm from UNSW, MBA (Exec) from AGSM, and has completed the Company Directors Course (AICD). She is also a FCPA (Australia). Her appointment follows a comprehensive external search. Selena will oversee the Company’s balance sheet strategy, financial and management reporting, treasury, and investor relations functions as we execute our next phase of growth: Horizon 2 – GROW by also doing new things.
